Our methodology
Every review starts with current pricing and plan data collected from providers and regulators — provider-published typical evening speeds, the ACCC's Measuring Broadband Australia reports, Energy Made Easy and the Default Market Offer reference prices, and insurers' PDS and TMD documents. We rate products on value, performance, transparency of terms, and support. Scores are set by our editorial process before any affiliate link is added, and are never sold.
Keeping reviews current
Prices and plans change constantly, so each review shows an "Updated" date. We re-verify key facts on a regular schedule and whenever a provider announces a significant change.
How we make money
